Spider Solitaire Noir is provided by NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. This policy explains how the app handles information when you play Spider Solitaire Noir.

Information stored on your device

Spider Solitaire Noir stores gameplay data locally on your device, including current game state, owned deals, unlocked solutions, coins, settings, and statistics. This data is used to restore your progress and improve your gameplay experience.

Advertising

Spider Solitaire Noir may show voluntary rewarded ads. Ads can be used to earn coins. We do not force rewarded ads during gameplay. A Premium Pass removes ads.

Spider Solitaire Noir uses Google AdMob to load and show rewarded ads. Google and its partners may process information such as device and advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, consent signals, diagnostics, and related technical information to deliver, measure, protect, and improve advertising. Google's handling of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Where required, Spider Solitaire Noir uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency may ask whether Spider Solitaire Noir can track activity across other apps and websites. You can change this permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where required, you can also manage ad privacy options inside the app.

Purchases and coins

Spider Solitaire Noir may offer an optional one-time Premium Pass in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat on our behalf. RevenueCat processes an app or device identifier, purchase and entitlement status, and related technical information to provide purchase and restore functionality. RevenueCat's handling of this information is described in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Coins are virtual items used only inside the app to unlock deals and optional solutions when Premium Pass is not active. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. Coin balances and unlock records are stored locally on your device.

Spider Solitaire Noir does not offer cash rewards, gift cards, real-world items of significant monetary value, cryptocurrency rewards, play-to-earn mechanics, NFTs, or other transferable digital assets.

Diagnostics and support

The app may rely on platform and advertising SDK diagnostics to maintain stability and ad delivery. We do not require an account to play. If you contact support, we may use the name, email address, and message you provide to respond to your request.

Children

Spider Solitaire Noir is a general audience solitaire game. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the issue.

Your choices

• You can choose whether to watch rewarded ads.
• You can manage advertising consent through the app or platform prompts where available.
• You can delete the app to remove locally stored game data from your device.
